Reviews and Ratings
We had a fantastic time at the RIU Palace, especially celebrating our 10th anniversary. The location offers a nice balance of being away from the hustle, yet close enough to downtown Cabo. The staff were incredibly accommodating, but the lack of cash services was a significant drawback. The cleanliness and the dining options also exceeded our expectations, even though we had a hiccup with our room assignment initially.
I had a wonderful time at this resort! The overall vibe is great, with beautiful views and a warm atmosphere. The staff were very attentive, ensuring a memorable stay for me and my boyfriend. However, while the food was generally good, I think some areas could benefit from improvement, especially in terms of entertainment options at night. Still, it was a relaxing getaway, and I’d certainly return.
My stay at the hotel was quite enjoyable, featuring a beautiful view and comfortable accommodations. The staff were particularly attentive, which made a notable difference in our experience. However, the dining options had some inconsistencies, and we faced a bit of noise from the nearby pool area. Overall, it was a great value for the money.
I was disappointed with my stay, especially since I had high hopes from previous all-inclusive experiences. While we did get to enjoy the pools and a beautiful view, the lack of empathy for guests with mobility issues and the overall service really let us down. The dining options were also quite poor, making the trip less enjoyable than I had expected.
Our stay at the hotel was generally pleasant, with beautiful scenery and comfortable pools. However, the dining options were underwhelming, especially the à la carte restaurants, and we faced challenges with accessibility that could be frustrating for some guests. The staff was accommodating, but improvements are needed in several areas.
